UROS – AMANTANI – TAQUILE 2 DAYS / 1 NIGHT
At the indicated time we will pick you up from your hotel to take you to the embarkation port where we will take a boat that will take us to the floating islands of the Uros that are a set of floating islands of totora, inhabited by indigenous settlers descended from one of the most Ancient of America, whose main activity is fishing and hunting; In our tour we will visit several of them sharing with the villagers their customs and appreciating their activities soon we will go to the island of Amantani that is to 3 hours from the floating islands there the organized families will wait for us in the community to take us and to welcome us in their Typical houses of family, where we will share pleasant and unforgettable moments next to them, there we will have lunch and we will have a time of rest; In the afternoon we will hike to the ceremonial temple “Pachatata”, we will enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Titikaka.
The next day we will leave for the island of Taquile we will make a 30-minute walk to a communal house where, there organized families will present a demonstration of dances, music and textiles, through which your passengers will enjoy and share the true Customs and traditions of this beautiful island, then we will have lunch and we will have free time to finally embark and return to the city of Puno.
